Coils for X-Terra 30
« on: August 21, 2010, 17:42 »
Guys, are there coils out there that can be attached to the X-Terra 30? Wouldn't mind a smaller one for the trashy spots.

Hey mate yes you can get a 6in coil in either the dd 18.75kHz or the 6in concentric 7.5kHz or the 10x5 elliptical 18.75kHz coil is also a good coil to use. Well hope this helps you out a little check out this web site for more info on the coils

Personally, I'd go with the 6in DD coil for better target seperation. I've got the 6in Concentric coil and it's a real gem, but it won't seperate as well as the DD coil.

I just noticed our error in giving you info for coils for the X-terra 30. That detector can ONLY take the medium frequency coils. The only 2 other coils you can get for it, are the 6in concentric and 10.5in DD medium frequency coils.
