Now looking at F4 as it comes with the coil I want  ;D.

When it was delivered was it left on door step or did you go to post office. When I ordered my ProPointer is was left on door step for all to see :(
Getting a quote on shipping from Windycity for the F4+a "8 coil+ delivery as i type.
Finaly had my money returned by "that other mob" in the end they told me they dont accept international orders by credit card, which is fine but does not explain why they froze all my money.
Only picking Windy over DMOBX as there are no goodies with the f4 order from DMOBX, well none mentioned.
Windycity have Treaure Wise Pouch, Lesche Digger, Headphones in there F4 package, keen to try one of those diggers and will need ear phones.
What was the delivery cost, if you dont mind me asking.

Hi Guys, as another newbi to metal detecting and these forums - this thread has been valuable in helping me with working towards my first detector.

Seems to be a variety of addons to the factory deal that is going arround the stores. I ended up looking at Ardvark through his ebay store - not super fast but reasonable bundling.

Postage wise he gave me options rather than just the express USPS prices.

Am yet to order waiting for some information back from Windycity still. DMOBX has yet to reply to me at all....

Well after a long slow process, I got my money back, then started the process of quotes from the other guys. I didn't have much luck with them either, after 3 emails to one just to confirm what was in the package i was told it only had the 8" coil when his web page clearly states the 11", and the took 3 emails and he still didn't quote.

Anyway the whole way through it Kellyco did there best and in the end won my buy. I overlooked the original problem as alot of it was due to my failure to read fine print. Yet order system still needs a shake up.
Advice is don't deal with there on line buying, if you have, to use paypal. Best to send an email with exactly what you want and where and let them tell you how they want it done.
In the end I have a F4 with a 11" coil and goodies on the way
