What do you do for a crust?
«
on:

Another thread on the forum showed that we 'Detectorists' come in a diverse range of ages so I thought it might be interesting to discover a bit more about who makes up this fantastic forum. Nothing too in-depth but just a couple of lines about what you do for a living (or did do, or are going to do).
To get the ball rolling:
I'm currently working for the Queensland Police Service in a specialist section (but don't hold that against me
). I also spent 10 years in Hotel Management (Hilton Hotels) and served in the Royal Australian Navy in the Communications/Intelligence fields.

Hi all, Electronic Technician in Radio Communications is my main field, Dont want to ruffle some feathers by saying this...... but currently i am working as a Technical Officer for a global Speed and Camera manufacturer in conjunction with the Victorian Department of Justice......
Please wait.......before you all ask who may be concerned, sorry but i cannot reverse any of your fines you may have....At the end of the day it's a job and its all about trying to save lives, even though it seems otherwise.
Cheers Sido
