just heard on news aussie dollar is now 99 cents to 1 us dollar. so glad i did not have a purchase coming from usa. i was going to buy a detector for 999 dollars 2 weeks ago but decided to hold back see what dollar was doing.

Hey Jack a low Aussie dollar(99 cents to 1USD) means buying from the U.S will become more expensive, so you actually would save money buying earlier than buying now.

The only thing going up in price is Gold at the moment because it's the safest investment for people to drop a few lazy Billion in.

They can't print out another $1 trillion dollars worth of Gold  ;D  ;D

Need to start finding those gold rings out there

Gold and silver have fallen in the last few days as things get worse overseas, this happened in 2008 when everything went down, looked like gold would hit $2000 an oz but now it's around $1650 an oz which is still good,I think that gold would go over $2000 an oz in 2012,I was also thinking that it would hit $2000 an oz near the end of this year because it looks like it's going to get a lot worse than 2008 maybe there will be another depression :(
