I GOT GOLD BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT'S RIGHT went down today for a nice hunt towards castlemaine this morning as I was in the area already and happen to have the Gti2500 with me in the back   ;), so I decided to do a quick swing near a gully that I spotted off the road. I ran the Gti in all metal mode and wasn't picking anything up so I went back to discriminate, nails and junk later I thought id try all metal again. About 2hrs in BAMMM my ear drums blew  ;D, started digging and at about 8 - 9" down I pulled this little beuty!!!!!!!  I tell ya what I took the nug picked up my equipment ( filled my hole  ;)  ) and went straight home, stupidly I dint even check over the hole again I was that excited.

Anyone know roughly the size or weight by looking?? Don't have any scales, tried to find the wife's cooking scales but no luck  :-[

I love coins, and I love relics but I SUREEEE DO like the yellow stuff  ;)

    thanks chaps i was very VERY excited and think i still am  ;D ;D ;D

    before i picked everything up to head off home i gave the Nug a good washin for the pic and headed off home to show the wife and say "SEE Hun these detectors are worth something" lol.

    thanks all for the replys i am SOOOO stoked i still cant believe it and i think my wife is cracking it as i wont shut up lol

    heres some more pics, well actual of my truck NOW remember i was there about 2 - 2 and half hours max and my truck was spick and span before.... :o

    The other pic was when i just washed the little Nug but its a bit blury as i couldnt hold the phone cam still lol

    cheers mate I can soo see now How one gets the so called "BUG" just the weight of the Nug in the hand makes you wanna go out again, and again and again, but its like finding that special coin or relic you wanna get out there A.S.A.P .

    Nice piece SPANNERS,could be 3 grams,hard to say when you have no coin near it.Remember Troy ounces are different from normal oz. weigh in grams. Get some coins that you can look up the weight of and keep adding to them till they feel the same.Electronic scales sold tonight at club $20. Let us know when you find the weight. Congrats again.

    I'm at dad's house now as i gotta know the weight..geezzz my own mother hasnt got any scales but dad has a american one  :o :o :o what the heck do you do with that lol

    ok its weight is..........0.6 DWT    :o :o :o :o lol thought it would be heavier than that  ;D

    any idea's?
