Trip castlemaine & returned with gold.
« on: September 18, 2011, 20:23 »
Went up to castlemaine today with mr Glenn. What a wonderful spot that area is! Not much water left & what there was, it was pretty skanky. Oh well not to worry. We got in the holes & followed the seams down to clay & bedrock. I ended up with .4 & mr Glenn got .5. Arms feel like they are jelly from all the panning. Great day & super weather.

I hope so. To cold in the water at the moment. But on those hot summer days it's great to splash about in creeks, and do a bit of panning.

Congrats on your castlemaine gold willy46. Well done.
