Looking to maybe move east a bit of advice please

Hi all Just wondering if anyone on here knows a little or maybe alot about moparrabah in NSW.
Wiffey and I have our eye on a place in the scrub, but not sure about flooding, fires and the like.

Very hard to find good land with homes already on it over here in WA. Too bloody expensive for us anyway.

given where moparrabah is, id have to hazard a guess and say it would be hilly bush type country, not particularly low lying flood your house unless its next to the creek type country. bushfires are common occurence in the bush out that way so i guess thats something you may have to expect.

I live in kempsey.
Flood wise you may get cut off from kempsey cause the bridges go over near turners flat,
sherwood road. But you can get to willawarrin still
Fires, havent had many for a good 10 years or so.
Nice quite area, Would be great to have another detectorist in the area.
I have a few good spots to detect that I have permission and would love to catch up if you do head over.
