Silver Coin Ring ?

Found this ring the other day with Peter.s.
Could it be a silver coin ring,has no Hallmarks inside,only numbers on the out side.
Or is it a junk ring.

    A different looking ring there, kind of rustic rough and the inscriptions look rough as well. Might be one for the jeweller to tell you as to if it is junk or silver.
