Nothing much is happening on the Vallon VMW1 page.

Perhaps an alternative detector will do better.

Mine came in some time ago, not by fancy "Drone Drop" but our own less than speedy Australia Post in a somewhat oversize box.

If Australian Army is seen on our gold fields with one of these and a pick in hand claiming to be on exercise, that is most like what they are .... exercising.

8)  2  C cells = 3 volt for power and water proof, it'll do more than detect mines.  ;D

I am surprised that there is not more people using these tectas.
My VMH3CS is a seriously good machine for a tad under 300 bucks inc freight.
Yeah it also runs on 3 C cells.
I wish I could get my hands on the big coil and the Data Logger n software for this beast.

Kind of fun when you meet someone when out detecting be it on a beach or out prospecting, usually they ask "what kind of detector is that" I answer truthfully.

It's a CEIA PI, their face is usually a big ? mark when they say "never heard of it" so you tell them quietly, available on the internet if interested.
