It certainly looks very impressive, Their is only 3 test units  at this present time. No price as yet .

My guess is they are testing more than just the detector.........most likely also market response........then the price is set at whatever + +......wait for the new Garrett "X" price.....ouch!

But it's interesting to see a new product.......looks like the battery pack is external, there could be some advantage in easy replacement.

Saw Tony having a peek or two. :D

The "Manta" detector has been built by a few enthusiasts and are not currently available for the public to purchase. Also, the GPX5000 was short changed. Have a look at the video at about 2:51 where the target can be heard at 45 cm. Interesting machines though.
