sd2200d battery

sorry for a stupid question but in the manual there is no telling how to know if your battery is runnin flat or indicates if its running low. sorry about this but I use an infinium and aren't used to the minelab. as its a used machine I have no idea on the condition of the batteries.

Depends on ground conditions. The smaller battery should be good for 3 or 4 hours. Most of a day for the larger but we used to leave it on 12 v charge while having a lunch break.
Some replacement aftermarket battery kits require you to muck around with voltage meters.
I think the 2200 had a beep every half minute when the voltage was getting low.(?)   TonyW has one and may remember.

thanks mate, will wait for a reply there, I am sure minelab would have put something in place but they didn't put it in the manual

They made a later version of the 2200, maybe it was added to that manual if they missed it in yours.
