GPX 4500 quicktrack plug stuck.
« on: August 17, 2015, 22:48 »
Hello everyone, I am having trouble with my quick track button not working every so often, when I play with the wire where it plugs into the detector it starts working again. The button seems to be getting worse. Problem I have is a can not remove the plug from the detector, I don't want to damage the machine. Is there a way to get the plug out of the socket? Mine is really stuck, almost like it has been glued into the machine? Any tips would be appreciated. Regards Matt

The plug is not stuck...its simply a pain to remove...you will have to pull on it with all you have to get it out....its just the nature of the plug. Give it a little wriggle as you pull on it.
