Used a CS4PI for a while prior to my Sand Shark and Infinium.
The CS4 is OK for the price  but not great. It is neat, tidy and easy to use. The case is not water proof. The Sand Shark and Infinium and Sea Hunter craps all over it.
I think I wrote a field test about the CS4PI in AGG&T....cannot recall which issue.
