Something their i did not know and considering i just brought a AT Gold and thought i had read the manual as well.
Notch discrim is not on the AT Gold only AT Pro, interesting. Does allow Iron Discrim so that would mean for me if i use it for coins it will be setup same as my AT Pro ie iron set to 40 and detect everything above that.
But main three points to note with AT Gold

Threshold a blessing from the heavens, i love threshold and missing using it on ACE and AT Pro

Ground balance window for both working iron stone but also will help when around house sites

True all metal mode to give greater depth

isn't Zero mode on the AT Pro the All Metal mode?  Or is True All Metal something different?

Zero in the AT is zero discrimination (nothing notched out), or at least that's my understanding.
