Great condition coins you have there.  The valuable ones are not displayed and  are in coin plastic holders hidden away from view.   Some of the lesser value ones are in my large wooden display case.

I have 5 containers.

Pre-Dec Coppers
Pre-Dec Silvers
Dec - Mixed
$1 & $2 's
Brown Buggers

Some coins get cleaned for pics...most go into the bins  "as found".

I have a coin Album somewhere, but haven't seen it for some years, now.

All finds are tossed in a bucket & get sorted some time later.

My goal is to fill my pre decimal coin Album, wholly from detector found coins.  Still a few gaps, but getting there a coin at a time.  Highest grading obviously goes in the Album and upgraded whenever a better coin comes along.  The rest are just in jars - probably will scrap them at some stage.

I'm looking for a creative way to display my old English coins though.  Anyone with a good idea feel free to share.

I just have a couple of tackle boxes the coins go in one and the A grade finds go in the other. The B grade finds go in ice cream containers, with different coloured containers representing different sites. Of course my definition of an A or B grade find would be quite different to other detectorists.

All decimals go in a tub and I bank twenty dollars every Monday morning.

I keep the ones that I need for my collection inside coin albums while 'spare' ones go into this rather antique looking money box.

I pick up cheap ( 50cents ) photo frames from Vinnies or the Salvo Store, coins fit in without changing the frame, while thicker objects require a little packing and modifying the back of the frame. See youtube for hints on how it`s done.
Modern Finds.

Older Finds.

Cheers, Woolshed.
