I had the Indiana.
When we had a house fire it survived but, barely.
The Miami is 2.8 LBS (so not bad) I like a scoop with a permanent handle.
The postage is $25 USD with Tracking.  Posted within 1 day.
Good to deal with. Tracking was pretty useless but, both scoops showed up in 11 to 13 days.
They get my vote ;)

Scoops are a great thing for the beach.
My personal preference is something with a curved or pointy tip like the one in CP's link simply because if/when you get to an area of washed out beach which has a bit of a crust or packed stones/shells you want something that can break into it with minimal effort.  The slightest bit of packed stuff will stop a lot of scoops with wide flat lips.

Still my favourite, & the one I use 90% of the time is the Aussi Scoop.

Tough, & easy to use. :)

I followed your testing of the scoop, Ivanll, & bought one as soon as they were available.

Very glad I did.  8)
