A blast from the past.
« on: April 16, 2018, 14:57 »
Was looking at some old photos of some old 1 gb sticks and come with this trolley assembly i made many moons ago in Perth. Using a soverign xs with a 15 inch wot And a digital meter it won me many coins and you could grid an area 100%. To pinpoint you just moved the trolley till you got the target and pushed the rod under the trolley and moved the trolley away and target was directly on the edge of the rod.

Regards Beeepppnnn.

awesome, saves any tired shoulders.
Have you ever thought about a motorised version where you sit behind with a cold one in hand as you detect ?

WOTs have been good to me in the past too.
happy swinging :)

I am in the process of designing a moveable carrier for the Vallon for the beach. As its quite heavy to swing. It will be a push along without wheels and swing the detector as you walk leaving your grid marks in the sand so you can double up on the track marks to grid.

That's an awesome setup.
Have been trying to think of a similar way to set up a magnet on the kal goldfields.
Don't know how effective it would be.
Cheers

First 'coin mower' I've seen, brilliant idea.
