Bounty hunter iv
« on: May 25, 2012, 09:51 »
Hi,
I have a bounty hunter iv with the coil it come with and a nugget pad which I brought separately that i am looking at selling. What would be a fair price to ask for this as i have see on eBay you can buy a bounty hunter for 160$  "from usa"yet I paid a bit more than that a year ago from miners den.

When I am allowed I will be advertising this on this great forum

I'd say half its replacement value, that's what I paid for my gold bug, and roughly what Brett recently sold his etrac for.  ultimately its up to you though. but if you put it on the forum for $80-100 i'd probably snap it up for my young bloke.

I'd say that with the extra 4" coil $150 to $170 would be a fair price.

New ones from the USA also have a hefty freight charge as well.

Good luck,

Meggie ...

howdy
I paid $160 for mine with the standard and 4" coil and a bag off a member of this forum.
That included postage down here to Tassie.
