I thought with Purgatori's new gold coin find, we should have somewhere to put a record. I don't think you should have to be a member at the time of finding them with a metal detector, as some of the Groats pictured in that link were found previously.
We have had one gold coin from Germany ,i think. A lot of Sovs and half sovs found, so time to show them  together.

These 8 half Sovs were found together, in Victoria around 2009. They were found by a lady detectorist who is a member of the Bendigo Prospecting club.

Here are 3 of mine.  2 x HS  (1866 Sydney Mint, 1870) and 1 x Sov (1914)

I also found another sov, a 1892, which I gave to my brother for his birthday about 10 years ago.

My 1/2 Sov 1891 "S" minted found 12/2014 with less than 100 said to remain as per this site
