Great topic GQ.  There are a number of things on my list but a round 50c, Cricket Buckle and Sov or H/Sov would be fantastic in 2014!!  Best of luck to you finding your wish-list items!  Matt.

Thanks for starting this tread. Great reading!

Well, I`ve been detecting for 20 years and still want to find:

1. A Sovereign [or half]. I`ve got the sites, but alas.........
2. a traders token
3. a nugget

might take another 20 years, but I think I`ll try and persevere.

stay cool...........................................outback

Ha! Good luck with that!

I'd like to find my first wedding ring.

I lost it 35 years ago on a steep cliffside at Phillip Isand. I've looked for it many times but nary a trace of it.

Been detecting most of my life and still can't find one of those over rated bloody gold coins :(  ;D  A good mate found 19 of them on one site and kept a bit undetected for me,  it was the only few square meters without a sovereign in it!

So for me it is a sov or half sovereign
No2 would be a Roman coin,  this one will have to wait for a trip to England though.

You had I should swap note Detrack,  I've found quite a few cricket buckles and you seem to have the sov thing down pat ;D
