I find those later year Lizzy Florins just as hard to find as the early KGV's.

Since the post is resurrected I would like to add a more modern flavor....1966 50c piece and a 1991 $2.00 coin, these are fast turning into a Holy Grail, you have to find them, not buy them......cheers Colin.

On another thread I nominated a three pence. But I decided to go back to where I found the sovereign holder today to see if I could find a sovereign to put in it. No luck. But what I did find was plenty of evidence that my ‘secret’ spot was not as secret as I had thought. I in unfilled holes everywhere. No wonder we get a bad name. I carry a small rake in the car and used it to tidy up. Hopefully, the local council hadn’t been through there to discover the mess.
