Hi from Brisbane
« on: February 23, 2017, 15:15 »
Hi all,
I live in Brisbane but work up in Gympie once a month, chanced upon the army disposal store and all the panning equipment, started looking into it and ended up here 🙂.
I haven't got a detector yet but I'm hoping to learn a bit on here first so I get the right one!
Looks to be a mine (😃) of information to read through but looking forward to it!
Cheers
Chris

Wellcome Chris, lots of info on here to get you started but before you ask which detector should I be looking at you should  have an idea of your budget & what you would like to find, gold, coins, relics or beach detecting then fire away & watch the brands, models & all round favourites of those with years of experience collide to confuse you even more ;D
  • Detector(s) owned/used: To many is never enough
  • Oldest find: Vicky (bun) penny 18??
Tally: To old to keep count now
