What is unusual about the weight except it is very heavy?  I guess it reads 1kg plus 176 point 3 grams.

  • Oldest find: Ancient gold and 1797 cartwheel penny.

Not a great deal of public land out that way did well if thats off the limited GPA area.

Good story, the locals up that way need a bit of a boost.

Shows how much the writer know about the metric system if it's left up to guessing, unless the scale used show 1/10000 of a gram.

No name of finder, No proper location, secret secret, but newspaper story and a picture of a Minelab dealer with a Gold Nugget.

At 15 cm below the ground it could have been detected with any VLF detector.

Other stories have named the finder and showed different views of the nugget. One marked Video just shows a Ballarat nugget.
