The 35 is able to discriminate between iron and other metals. That is what is attracting attention.

It’s been a low profile release ?

I guess they have done sufficient testing etc.

A friend is one of the testers. Pictures come from Scotland. Paddocks are fully saturated and weather is cold. A gold hammered was found with the 800 recently. Minelab will let them release more tests soon. I think some other info was released today.

I used one of the protypes today. Seemed more powerfull than my Garrett. Forgot all about the discrimination so i cannot comment on that side of things.
Bendigo Gold/ Miners Den has donated two pinpointers for our Coin of the Year and Find of the year comps. They will be Minelabs but model unknown yet.

I am playing as of NOW.

Like the Depth and Volume on first power up...  But will need to work out the field shape B4 I put it to use...

Major dislikes on first interaction -  Uses standard 9V batteries...  Should be LiPo and Rechargeable   AND Sealed internals = Disposable (Same as the 25)

Then again, these are my personal gripes and most others all have the same CONS...
