FORS Gold 15kHz, have no trouble with metal items of higher conductivity.

Using a Fors Gold on a beach can be just as productive as any other 15kHz detector.

I haven't had the chance to use my Fors Gold on the beach yet, good to hear it will perform OK. That's a good haul of goodies you have found there Ivanll.
C
edit to add: I hate to use headphones in public places and have noticed detecting in parks that the sound of the detector can attract kids over when they hear the beeping, which can be a pest... if you switch to vibrate and lose the volume the attraction to the kids is less and you don't have to wear headphones, I would imagine that feature would be even more useful on the beach among the sunseekers... so the 15KHz models have at least one advantage over the 19KHz models.

FORS Gold will detect gold to, when in the right places ...... just don't have much incentive/need to yahoo about it, it's reserved for campfire chatting.

Discrete to wear over ear neckband with ear plugs work well ..... Sennheiser with slightly larger speakers fit and work well over eartubes or just in front.
Both can be used with no wire to detector, via "wireless" receiver unit in shirt pocket.

Nokta appointed testers and dealers of their products in this country, let them earn their appointment, promote the product and gain our trust by sharing their skill and finds.

Ivanll, if you've seen one nugget you've seen most of them, I don't really need to see another nugget, but I would like you to share if you find another because I want to be happy for you that you got a good find and I hope you will be pleased for me if I find another. Plus regular guys get to see an honest found nugget.
Forget the past, I've had a bad taste in my mouth sometimes too, but Nenad shares his finds and his knowledge and he is selling Nokta in Australia now so look to the future and help make this a good section of the forums, too much bickering in here sometimes in the past.
I enjoy your posts Ivanll, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

The showing of daily finds take place at the camp usually after dinner at the campfire.

A forum is not the safest place to show of your finds, so it is fed just a few bits now and then to keep dreams and interest going.

Gone are the days where smiley faces was made and shown, this one from 2007 had facial reconstruction and got ingot-ed.

Would like to see the Racer in there as well Ivanll, however looking at the results I would say it's not required, excellent results and very easy on the eye.......cheers Colin.

Test nuggets are handy when prospecting, no matter what detector is used.

Mine get attached to the detector in hand for easy access.

Some more test nuggets that lead to the start of smileys.

I find it's a bit like fishing, the test nugget is the bait that attracts the others!! Haha seriously though I normally don't find much when I don't take a test nugget out

Same here. If I don't have at least one piece of gold on me, I will come home goldless. Probably more a mental thing, but I am definitely more at ease when I have my 0.3g test piece in my pocket. Even better is carrying gold you have found from that particular location. It's like mates attract  8)

These days it's seem to be all about "Impact" ..... FORS Gold in WA is making it's own ..... Red Racer is there to, perhaps pictures will be posted in Makro tread.
Got a video on one FORS Gold outing, reduced to 90MB but it's still to big to post here.

Sent a copy of the Video to Nokta in case it was of interest to them and they wanted to post it on one of their pages.
